Shipping Policy for Costa Rica

All orders within Costa Rica are shipped via Correos de Costa Rica, the national postal service. We have chosen this trusted courier to ensure that your packages are handled with care and delivered to your doorstep.
The shipping cost for your order will be calculated during the checkout process. The cost is based on the weight of the items you purchase. You will be able to view the shipping cost before finalizing your order.
We ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) on these days will be included in the respective shipping batch.

Our refunds policy is grounded in our direct and respectful collaboration with ancestral tribes and the nature of the products we offer. To ensure the sustainability and authenticity of our business, once a product has been opened, it cannot be reused, and therefore, we do not provide refunds or returns. We deeply value the quality of our products and, as such, do not offer refunds or returns in this regard. However, in the case of Hapé, we do provide the option to exchange the product for a different type, but customers will need to cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
